the live versions of hot rod lincoln are priceless on account of the Good Commanders boys- andy stein on fiddle and bobby black on steel guitar for instance- AWESOME sound effects. always thought cmmdr cody would be a great addition for camp (he lives just up the road a piece). if anything, the bikers would get a charge out of it.

Yes, Sirius's GD channel 32 plays whole shows 4 times a day. It fucking rules! Tommy, I was at both of those Hallloween JGB shows from 87 on Broadway. You can get them at JerryGarcia.net. It's a 4 disc set. The early and the late show. Kinda weird because they are audience recordings. I head the theater wouldn't let them patch the soundboard or some kinda bullshit like that. Still awesome and very worth having. Talk about good times indeed!

Yea Salty.... that kid was over by the Roch. crew tweakin out before he went for his "swim". We had to literaly shove him away from us while we were laughing at his pants almost around his ankles. He then made his way up front and dove into the mud. That's when I dubbed him "Mudshark." For those who bought Digital Soundboard’s Eastover 4/21/07 show, did you notice the following: CD 3, Track 4 begins with Life During War Time for 4+ minutes, then changes to Track 5 for only 3 seconds, then there’s a glitch then Life During War Time continues onto Track 6. I wonder if this is how everyone’s copy is, or if I just got a bad burn. Let Me Know.

I've got Vic Ruggiero playin @ the Elbow Room from May 11th this spring... If you haven't given this cat a listen, I suggest you do so... He's got some Bob Dylan influence, some reggae, blues, folk, country... He's a one-man band... Plays the guitar, harmonica, sings, left foot for the high-hats, right foot for the bass drum... Kinda like that cat from Mary Poppins, ha ; )

I don't think so LRR, camping is included in the ticket price but you don't have to camp if you don't want to. My wife and I always drive home at night and go back the next day. But, we are only 45min. away. Tommy posted a while ago about Saturday only.

I'd buy an Audi over a Mercedes as well.The parts are killer.I have a friend,a buisness owner,who has owner 3 Mercedes since the late 70s.The parts market for that brand is like 300 percent higher than the average import.I'd also take an Audi over a BMW,beemers get like 18 on the highway,and they have this digi meter in the dash that constantly tells you your current mpg.Drove me insane.:)

Yup, Creek will play no matter what the weather. I can only asume, I can't see some rain shutting down the fair. I believe it is a 7 p.m. start. I have also been told that the rural farm fair crowd really enjoys psychedelic and epic tunes. Such as, Windows, Heartbeat, The Field, Baba, John Henry, Said and Done or even some rockers like Ready to Burn and Copperhead Road. It's strange because I always thought they were Hillbillies. haha

Strtchy, I checked out the Ry and Ali Farka show. SICK! I like when Ry say's "It is hard to play along with music that you don't understand. I just give it about 4 bars and then I do something. boy have times changed, and not for the better. during my junior year my roommate was moving in, had a "potted" plant he was walking across the commons with, the head of the dorm saw him with the plant, and said hey, you have to get rid of that. and that was it. those kids were pretty stupid, should they get kicked out however?
